Gabrielle Gonzalez

Vice President – Exceptional Customer Experience

Company Experience

Gabrielle joined J.C. Hart Company, Inc. in July of 2011 as Vice President, over Property & Asset Management. Gabrielle was responsible for the operational property and asset management functions of J.C. Hart Company’s 4,000+ unit apartment portfolio including team leadership, customer experience management, operational and capital investment budgeting, asset preservation and expense control. Due to J.C. Hart’s strategic plan for continued growth, a reorganization of Executive responsibilities took place in 2018. Gabrielle’s tremendous enthusiasm for delivering both external and internal Exceptional Customer Experiences made it logical to redirect her leadership to this critical area of focus for J.C. Hart’s projected growth and expansion.
