Effective November 1, 2018, J.C. Hart Company will be managing two luxury apartment communities for Sila Capital, LLC: Echo Park Bloomington (Bloomington, IN) and Echo Park at Perry Crossing (Plainfield, IN).
Echo Park Bloomington features 154 luxury studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom apartments located south of downtown Bloomington and Indiana University. Its amenities include a resort-quality swimming pool, community fitness center, a 24-hour coffee bar, and upscale finishes in its apartments.
Echo Park at Perry Crossing consists of 274 luxury 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom apartments close to a variety of shopping, dining, entertainment options, just west of Indianapolis. Amenities include lush landscaping, a community playground, a Maker’s Room craft space, and a Car Care Center, along with the amenities found at Echo Park Bloomington.
