J.C. Hart Communities Coming in 2023
We’re coming into 2023 ready to go. With four new projects starting pre-leasing this year, J.C. Hart is staying busy.
The Edge, located at the Southeast corner of 96th St. and Westfield Blvd., is set to begin pre-leasing in late Fall or early Winter of this year. Currently, this project is in the framing stages of construction. The community will offer studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Along with its 376 units, it will offer luxury amenities such as a large pool, fitness center, co-working areas, and more with direct access to the Monon Trail. Multiple parking options will be available with a private garage, lot, and underbuilding covered parking.
Just off 6th St. and Conner St., in downtown Noblesville, East Bank will provide 219 apartment homes and over 5,000 square feet of retail space. Studios, one-, and two-bedroom apartments will be available for rent. Construction is underway with the foundation being poured and an expected pre-lease date in late 2023. A parking garage will be available to Residents and the apartment homes will include high end finishes. Amenities such as large workout facilities, resort style pool deck, and entertainment areas will be found in the clubhouse.
Grand Park is a famous part of the Westfield community, and you’ll find Wheelhouse just north of SR-32 along the Monon Trail. Estimated to begin pre-leasing in late 2023, Wheelhouse will offer one- and two-bedroom apartment homes and townhomes with a total of 214 homes available. The nearly 8-acre property will house 7 apartment buildings all located in the Wheeler Landing Planned Unit Development District. Construction is currently taking place and framing is being completed. Resident parking will include underbuilding spaces, a lot, and garages. Residents will be able to enjoy a clubhouse complete with a spacious exercise room, coffee bar, game room, and outdoor luxury pool area.
Lakeside Phase II, found a stone’s throw from Lakeside Apartments of Carmel, will be located at 645 W Carmel Dr. Lakeside Phase II will consist of 110 units of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Amenities will be shared with Lakeside Phase I, but luxury features can be found in Lakeside Phase II apartments such as green space visible from private patios, elevated nine-foot ceilings, and direct access garages. As construction continues, the second access road is near completion, framing will begin this month, and elevator shafts are up. Foundations and site work are the main focus of construction currently, with an estimated pre-leasing time frame of late 2023.
