Comprehensive Health Plans
We offer comprehensive and affordable health plans including major medical, dental, and vision. In addition to affordable insurance rates, J.C. Hart offers a Premium Reduction Plan that can reduce medical premiums up to $50 per month for those that participate in the wellness program. On average, J.C. Hart covers 75% of Associate medical premiums!
Retirement Planning and 401(k)
Help secure your future with retirement planning and access to a 401(k) plan. J.C. Hart matches deferrals up to 8%. Associates also have access to our 401(k) Advisor for free and personalized coaching sessions.
Paid Time Off
Every Associate is eligible for paid time off, starting with 3 weeks. Each Associate is given their birthday as a paid holiday, in addition to 9 other paid holidays. Paid time off is also available for volunteer service in the community.

Wellness Program
We offer a robust Associate wellness program for your physical, mental, and financial health. Associate Rent Discount
Each regular J.C. Hart Associate (full and part time) is eligible for a 40% apartment rent discount. The discount is based on the market rent and there is a maximum discount of $1,000 off per month.
Educational Allowance
Each Associate may qualify for continuing education and tuition reimbursement up to $3,000 annually. Tuition, fees, books, professional certifications/recertifications, annual designation fees, and development course including leadership training, language lessons and professional conferences that are directly related to the improvement of relevant job skills with J.C. Hart Company are covered under this policy.
Employee Assistance Program
An Employee Assistance Program is provided through IU Health Occupational Services which entitles Associates and their family members to 8 free counseling sessions on a wide range of issues – from stress to child rearing concerns. A free 30-minute session of legal and financial assistance is also available to J.C. Hart Associates.
