SOMO Flats is J.C. Hart Company’s newest Apartment Community coming to Sylvania, OH with pre-leasing beginning in June 2020 and move-in beginning in October 2020.
In partnership with our co-developer Republic Development, Phase I will house 206 apartment homes, a clubhouse, pool, and underground parking. The units will be a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments. Phase II will eventually become a 13,000 square foot building for commercial use.
