J.C. Hart Company Adds New Chief Operating Officer

Carmel, IN, May 20, 2016: J.C. Hart Company is pleased to announce the expansion of its Executive Team with the addition of Dr. Pamela Carrington Rotto as Sr. Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

Carrington Rotto was introduced to J.C. Hart through its work with Sandler Trustpointe. Carrington Rotto, a Gazelles International Certified Coach, was brought on to coordinate the recent development of J.C. Hart’s 10-year Strategic Plan. She has joined the company to expand its strategic focus and to refine its execution disciplines with an eye toward strengthening the company’s alignment to achieve its near and long-term goals.

Carrington Rotto brings to J.C. Hart more than 20 years of leadership and operating experience in the private business and not-for-profit social sectors. She has delivered executive coaching, leadership development, strategic thinking and execution planning, program development, and outcome evaluation to executive teams in the education and business communities. With over 12 years of experience as President and CEO of a high growth organization that received the “Inspire! Organization of Excellence” award in 2010, Carrington Rotto understands how to create award-winning results and sustainable cultures. She is a proven leader and who helps maximize corporate culture and collaborative processes as she assists organizations and their leaders to optimize the balance between people, performance and profit. Carrington Rotto also leads a Renaissance Executive Forums group for business leaders in Indianapolis.

Dr. Carrington Rotto is a licensed psychologist and Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP). A graduate of Luther College in Decorah, IA, she earned her masters and doctoral degrees at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
