J.C. Hart Company Receives Prestigious Industry Awards

J.C. Hart Company, Inc., a Carmel-based multi-family residential developer, was awarded the Indiana Apartment Association’s top honor of “Property Management Company of the Year” at the Association’s annual Midwest Multifamily Conference and President’s Awards dinner on Thursday, October 16th. This is the second time J.C. Hart has won this Award of Excellence, the first time being in 2009, the inaugural year the honor was awarded. This premier award was based on the following criteria: history of the company, previous year accomplishments, new employee orientation process, employee recognition programs, IAA involvement and company incentives on promoting a healthy work/life balance, making J.C. Hart Company one of the best places to work in the multifamily industry.

J.C. Hart’s Christopher Hankins was presented with the Maintenance Technician of the Year award for his outstanding performance of job responsibilities, his experience in general maintenance, and his commitment to furthering his education while working full-time. Chris was recognized for his positive attitude and the care with which he deals with his community’s residents.

J.C. Hart Company was also awarded the following four IAA Prodigy Awards:

*North Haven of Carmel (Carmel, IN) – Best Floor Plan, in the 701-1,100 square feet, 11+ years of age category, for its “Breakwater” two-bedroom, two-bath floor plan.
*City Flats at Renwick (Bloomington, IN) – Best Floor Plan, in the over 1,100 square feet, 1-10 years of age category, for its “Houston” 3-floor, two-bedroom, two-and-a half-bath townhome floor plan.
*Stonebridge Apartments (Indianapolis, IN) – Best Overall Curb Appeal, 1-10 years of age category.
*Union Street Flats (Westfield, IN) – Best Clubhouse/Leasing Office, 1-10 years of age category.
