J.C. Hart Earns 11th Best Places to Work Designation

J.C. Hart has been named a 2022 “Best Places to Work” in Indiana by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce for the 11th time! Two years ago, J.C. Hart met the criteria to be named to the “Best Places Hall of Fame,” and is thrilled to continue their Hall of Fame status.

The Best Places to Work program, created by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, is in its 17th year. The statewide survey and awards program is designed to evaluate participating organizations and honor those with the highest levels of employee satisfaction and engagement in the workplace. This year’s list is made up of 125 companies. J.C. Hart is in the medium size company category of 75-249 employees.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in Indiana. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. This part of the process, the Employer Assessment, was worth approximately 20% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process, the Employee Feedback Survey, was worth approximately 80% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings, which will be announced May 12, 2022.
