The Online Reputation Assessment (ORA™) score is the multifamily industry standard to measure and benchmark a property’s online reputation. Our company also claimed 4 of the 10 spots for top 10 ORA scores in the state of Indiana. The properties that hold this title are Highpointe on Meridian, Lakeside, The Hamilton, and Riverview.

J.C. Hart is a Top Rated Management Company, another feather in our 2022 cap, according to ApartmentRatings and Satsifacts. This distinction is based on an epIQ score. The "Experience & Performance Intelligence Quotient Index" (epIQ) is a single performance metric powered by verified ApartmentRatings & SatisFacts data, designed to be the most reliable and useful industry metric for multifamily consumers and professionals alike. In addition, all of our properties won the 2022 National Community Insite Award according to their Satisfacts email survey results.
