J.C. Hart Receives Prestigious Industry Awards

Carmel, IN, October 13, 2022: J.C. Hart Company, Inc., a Carmel-based multi-family residential developer, was awarded the Indiana Apartment Association’s top honor of “Property Management Company of the Year” at the Association’s annual Midwest Multifamily Conference and President’s Awards dinner on Wednesday, October 12, 2022. This is the third time J.C. Hart has won this Award of Excellence, the first time being in 2009, the inaugural year the honor was awarded, and the second time was in 2014. This premier award was based on the following criteria: history of the company, previous year accomplishments, new Associate orientation and onboarding process, Associate recognition programs, IAA involvement, and J.C. Hart’s commitment to being growth minded, both as a company and in regards to our Associates and their personal development; making J.C. Hart Company one of the best places to work in the multifamily industry.

J.C. Hart’s Charles Allen was presented with the Maintenance Technician of the Year award for his outstanding performance of job responsibilities, his experience in general maintenance and his commitment to providing an enjoyable experience to each of his Residents. Charles was recognized for his positive attitude and the care with which he handles all of the service call requests at his community – The Waverley.

- Penrose on Mass (Indianapolis, IN) – Best Mixed-Use Community

- The Hamilton (Carmel, IN) – Best Curb Appeal – 1-10 Years in Age
