Summer Shining Stars 2024 | J.C. Hart

J.C. Hart Associates came together on July 23rd at The Bluffs at Conner Prairie for our annual Summer Shining Stars event. It was a day of celebration, recognition, and giving back, all centered around a very timely Olympic theme. We also enjoyed a celebratory toast for being recognized by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce as one of the ‘Best Place to Work in Indiana’ for the 12th time. Prior to the event, Associates nominated colleagues who exemplified excellence and embodied the company's Core Values while performing their duties in their specific job categories. It was exciting to hear the deserving Q1 and Q2 Shining Star award winners announced in each job category. Associates also engaged in friendly competition with our own spin on the Olympic games, from bouncing basket (ping pong) balls, to Scattergories, to the human ring toss, as well as a hilarious 3-legged race. The Gold, Silver and Bronze medals were decided by a final game of Family Feud, using Quizlet.

One of the highlights of the day was the donation drive for Teachers' Treasures, an organization dedicated to providing free essential supplies and resources to teachers and students across Marion County. The generosity of J.C. Hart Associates in purchasing school supplies for the donation drive showcases the company's commitment to supporting the broader community while celebrating excellence within the organization. The event not only fostered teamwork and community spirit but also allowed everyone to come together and make a positive impact beyond the office.
